Bookings Terms and Conditions

Please carefully review these booking terms and conditions, outlining the agreements between you and Ravenshead Consultancy Ltd (‘Ravenshead Consultancy Ltd’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). These terms explain the process post-order placement, payment procedures, contract modifications or termination, issue resolution, and other essential details. Booking of any of our services will be deemed as your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please keep a copy for future reference.

Scope of Coverage

These terms cover the provision of events, training, or workshops organised by Ravenshead Consultancy Ltd and accessible through Ravenshead Consultancy Ltd (referred to as the ‘event’).

Contractual Agreement

Upon submitting a booking, you’ll receive confirmation of our acceptance, establishing a legally binding contract based on these terms. If you’re not a consumer, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Price and Payment

For online courses, you are required to pay the specified fees at the time of booking. For in-person workshops, an invoice will be sent, and payment is due within 30 days. Non-payment may result in cancellation or legal action.

Changes to Events

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to alter venues, dates, times, and substitute trainers. Face-to-face events may transition to a digital platform if necessary and suitable for both parties.

Event Delivery and Materials

We commit to delivering events with reasonable skill and care. Digital training platforms should be mutually accessible. Event materials are protected by copyright and limited to internal business use.

Cancellation, Transfer, or Postponement

Cancellation or transfer can be permitted under certain conditions. If we cancel an event, we will offer a refund or the option to transfer to another date.

 

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 30 days. Refunds for face-to-face events exclude additional expenses over and above the course cost, such as hotels, transport etc. If transferring to a lower-cost event, we will refund the difference. If you are no longer able to attend the event, you can cancel within 14 days of the date you booked your place. We are unable to offer refunds if you cancel your place after 14 days of booking. At our discretion, we may offer you a place on another suitable course or event.

Problem Resolution

If you have any concerns, questions or complaints, please contact us using the details above. For online courses. In advance of digital training, both parties will make best endeavours to ensure that the agreed platform is accessible and capable of delivering/receiving the service to an acceptable standard.

Neither party shall be liable for fault or failure of the agreed platform that may occur during the delivery of the service, should it be deemed outside of their control.

Legal Rights Summary

Our events are an interpretation by our expert trainers of specific topics, and all warranties are excluded. Liability is limited to the event price, excluding certain circumstances.

 

Personal Information Use

We use your personal information to deliver events, process payments, and provide information about our services in accordance with data protection legislation and our privacy policy, available online. We will not share your data with any third party unless we are required to do so by law.
